Artificial Intelligence here is called “Pizza Intelligence“(Catchy, right). This feature uses sensors to optimize the bottom and top heaters, providing optimal temperature. And with the heaters reaching 850°F (450°C), it can cook a Neapolitan pizza in just 90 seconds.
The smart Pizza oven comes with 3 pre-made modes that optimize cooking for different types of pizza:
- Neapolitan Pizza
- New York Pizza
- Deep-pan Pizza
You can modify the settings for crispness and temperature. Additionally, you can create your own presets to fit your needs on the beautiful touchscreen control display. With these controls, you can cook other things, not only pizza.
